Digital signing of pdf forms...

Anyone with experience of this.  We're trying to insert two signatures on to a form (in Acrobat DC reader), first sig inserted into correct box by uploading a scan of sig image, but second sig requires payment in order to send it to someone?  Sound right?  Any other progs that can be used to insert signatures without paying Adobe?

I've digitally signed PDFs without paying using a certificate based signature. It was quite easy but can't remember how! :D

Thanks I think the issue is 'collecting signatures from others', this appears to be a subscription only feature.  I don't know whether the form file can be opened into something other than DC reader?
