Recommend me a cheap, light and not very warm sleeping bag

Must be £25 or less (the sales are on!), ideally 1-season because I'm usually far too hot, and less than 850g packed.
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.

Millets.

Sale on - probably a precursor to them all being closed - silly prices for lightweight ones by Karrimor.

Millets - Karrimor Ultralite Sleeping Bags - Buy the Karrimor Ultralite Sleeping Bag online today

If you want 850g packed you are going to have to pay more.

I'm a very warm sleeper too, wearing similar to you year round - including camping. When on my own I use one of these, the Travelpak lite. (can't vouch for the shop, just googled it). A very nice bag, with an insect net built in. Minimal insulation, really it's just light padding.

It rolls up small enough to fit inside my nelson longflap for minimal touring, though I tend to put it into a waterproof sack on top. I've bivvied in it (putting it inside a cheap breathable bivvy bag), and used it most of the year round (though not below zero - yet!).

It's a fiver more than your £25 limit (inc. postage), but worth every penny.

Have a look in B&Q.  They've got some 2 season sleeping bags in our local one at a tenner each.

http://www.fieldandtrek.com/vango-ultralite-100-sleeping-bag-781073   One of these ?

Or if you don't mind a used one, I've got a down bag on Ebay at the moment. Link is in the general classifieds.

What about a pair of sleeping bag liners, a fleece bag liner, or a combination?

Is it worth taking a punt on one of these cheap bags - I got one to use as a liner for my down bag when it's cold and a bag when it's hot. - packs down to the size of a pint mug - I had one of these sleeping bags, a bivi bag, camera, towel and a waterproof all in a bar bag on the Dun Run.  :o

There's a shop in town knocking them out for £4.99.

I use a silk sleeping bag liner which weighs 85 grammes in the stuff sack

It is surprisingly warm for something so insubstantial

Highlander do a cheap summer bag.  Available wherever you find Army surplus types.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

...is what I went for in the end, but I got it off eBay for £26.  Probably last year's colour.
