Still waiting for my 400 from 18th May to progress from provisional (and my 600 25th May). Hope there's OK slots left when it comes through!

Isn't the only slot to worry about now the bike check time?
Everything else is a waiting game?

People seem to be going for on-the-hour bike check slots first. I'd expect there to be non-round slots available at whichever time of day you want for a while.

I found the fields for the BRM numbers didn't auto-populate.   Make sure the correct ACP numbers appear against your 200/300/400 but it should then let you register.

My 600 isn't up yet so I just need to go back and add it when it's available.

So I have 200, 300 and 400. They auto populate when I put them in from AUK results page but I have no results for 2019 showing in the "Results" page.  If I click "Your BRM" there are no results in there...

Write down the ACP numbers from the AUK page and then manually type them in to the form on the PBP site.   I suspect it will be down to mapping of club/name but it should then find you.

Aha!

I Went to the Results tab, pasted one of this seasons BRM ACP numbers in and I was presented with a Confirm button. Clicked that and all my 2019 BRM's are now shown in the results tab!

A refresh of the registration page and I was able to then reenter the BRM numbers and bingo!  Prior to the above step, they did auto-complete so that left me puzzled!  Anyhow, even though I am still on the fence, I am toppling a bit to the 'going' side

I've got an AUK reference for my 600 and it has progressed from provisional but it doesn't have an ACP number yet. My 200 and 300 got ACP numbers at the same time. Is something wrong or is there often a delay?

ACP Brevet   AUK ref   Evno   Memno   Event   Date   Pts   AAA   Climb
701328   CB967974   19-63   18608   ALDBROUGH ST JOHN, nr Darlington 200   23 Mar   2   0   1,450

CB974829   19-914   18608   ALFRETON 600   25 May   6   0   0

My 400 is still provisional so can't register yet.

Ditto for me but don't sweat it. Give it another week before jumping up and down.

I've also noted that the ACP number is often on their system a few days before AUKWeb which fits with the cards being posted everywhere; I've also got one event where the ACP number doesn't appear on AUKWEB at all, despite me having the Brevet card with ACP Homologation back and having used it as one of my qualifiers on registration.

I have the same rides Dave and it looks like ACP have got up to the weekend of 18/5 with homologation numbers.
Fingers crossed that they get Deano's 400 ratified fairly soon.

Write down the ACP numbers from the AUK page and then manually type them in to the form on the PBP site.   I suspect it will be down to mapping of club/name but it should then find you.

This is all about consistency of your personal data (name, and club/club number) over the entire period of qualification and possibly pre-qualification too.  You don't have an 'ID' (such as your AUK MemNo) or at least, not one that is shared between ACP and AUK.  So if anything changes (such as a change of club from last season to this) ACP has a problem identifying you.  But it's good that it's so easily recoverable.

Regarding ACP results - there is no 'posting of cards' between AUK and ACP, but also the two systems are not linked - therefore the AUK system first has to validate the event results (moves away from 'provisional' to show an AUK number) then submit these to ACP, the ACP system then generates the ACP numbers and these then have to be imported back into the AUK system.  Everything's automated but still does require manual intervention at each step ('Submit', 'Import') hence the delays.  If and when the timing gets critical, the delays need not be long.
when you're dead you're done, so let the good times roll

Everything seems slow this year and off top of my head everything taking around 3 weeks or more compared to 2015  when I'm sure results showed up just a few days later. I too have done the ride from Cockerton on the 18th May and based on the amount of time it is taking, my 600 on the 8th of June is going to be close to the cut off date of 3rd of July when entries are cancelled if qualifying rides are not showing.

Regarding ACP results - there is no 'posting of cards' between AUK and ACP,

Ah ha so the "Your card's got to go to Paris" is just lore; everything happens in Orkney.

It’s not letting me proceed without picking a departure time, and of course it won’t let me choose one as it’s all full, but I am pre registered in the specials category.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

Didn't realise you could register with just three of the PBP BRMs completed, so after having a minor panic on misreading the PBP site as saying the deadline for registration as 3rd June rather than the correct 3rd July, I'm registered. How exciting!

Just waiting on Tomsk's Flatlands ACP brevet number coming through to complete it all.

Well tried again on my phone.. fail. Tried on Safari instead of Firefox... Success!! I’m in!

That was worrying. Time for a lie down...

Oh for the stress free days of an enormous multi-page, complex paper form, doctor's note, copy of your insurance certificate, all entrusted to the postal system ...  ;)

Yes, we loved all that - colour-co-ordinated paperclips too. My doctor's note said something along the lines of "I certify the above to be physically fit and able to complete an extreme endurance cycling event. Mental health, not so sure."
