The instantaneous death cycle lane was inaugurated in Piauí. The bike lane was installed in the middle of a highway.

ps. is the Cycle Farcility of the Month still a thing? This wins July hands down.

Is it actually a cycle lane? Or is it "We wanted this to be a dual carriageway but couldn't afford a barrier"? How do they actually do and treat these things in (presumably) Brazil?

These are both very good points and the road overall looks far quieter than the Usanian (or the vast majority of Ukanian) examples.  :-\
