Historical tandemist question

A question for the panel:

Does anyone know anything about a T. Harrison, who in 1935 held the tandem 50 record (presumably with someone else...)? Google has revealed nothing.

Try the RRA, their records go back to 1880. Unfortunately their archives aren't on the site. Apparently they are in a book by Rin Goodwin, details are on the site but I haven't copied them.
The name means something somewhere in my memory but I don't know what.
