Bold or Large place names on OSM versions

Hi

I'm new to the world of OSM having just purchaed a Garmin Etrex Legend.  I have the TalkyToaster maps loaded in Garmins Basecamp and on my Legend.  It's all working really well,  however is there a way to make the Town / Village names large or Bold as they don't appear any larger than the street names etc and so hard to spot when plotting routes etc

You could fiddle with this setup page in the Garmin - under Setup Map - the town names may come under 'land cover' I don't know.

thanks I#ll give that try on the GPS ....any idea if these adjustments can be made in Basecamp?
