The Flower Duet from Lakme.

That brings back too many memories of sitting on BA planes for me  :(

I'm not sure there are any that I'd never tire of. Some excellent stuff has been mentioned, I listen regularly to a few more, but tend to go through phases and change my playlist every couple of months, dropping off stuff that I'd dug out of the archive and couldn't believe I'd forgotten about and replacing it because I'm now bored of it.

But I agree that songs that have a strong emotional attachment stick around longer.
Things like Brothers in Arms, which used to be played regularly by Janice Long (?) after the chart show on Radio 1 on a Sunday, because it was on one of those new fangled CD things and sounded really good. And I used to listen to those shows in the bedroom of my first serious girlfriend.
In a similar vein, the really naff Star Trekkin never fails to raise a smile and a sing along as it reminds me of nights spent driving across the moors with good friends, who have all since dispersed across the world.
