WARTY Awards
« on: 31 December, 2009, 01:19:00 am »
WARTIERS' certificates are now available by going to:

http://yacf.co.uk/warty/?name=your_username

If your username is токамак you will need to spell your name TOKAMAK because the certificate generator does not support UTF-8.

I have the message "auntie helen did not complete any WARTYs " which is clearly untrue!

EDIT - but if I use an uppercase A and H then it knows all about me. Top one Wowbagger!

:'( I'd like to thank my family for their support during this series of rides. I'd like to thank my trainer, my manager, my chef, and my driver. So many people to thank and so little time.  :'(

Thank you wow, class!

The technical side is clearly down to Dez. He swore a fair bit while sorting out the details.

I'll pop round and give Dez a big hug later.  :-*

Dez has now made sure that it's case insensitive.

Ta muchly, Wow, Annie, and Dez for your hard and dedicated work.

I believe only Wow and Del actually managed the complete set.  I did my best, but over-sleeping, too far to travel, and lacking a time machine to do the first one meant I only managed a subset of rides. :(

Do you have any plans for a Round-the-Year this season then Wow?
Actually, it is rocket science.

I'm having a think about that.

Perraps those regular WARTIERS (or those aspiring to be in 2010 - a most worthy goal IMHO) could take it in turns to organise monthly rides....? Therefore sharing the responsibility? Just a thought.

But what would it be called  ???
MiRTY (Miscellaneous RTY)? or some variation.
The possibilities are truly endless  :D

Thanks very much to Wow (and to Annie who I never met  :'() and all the cheery folk on the various WARTYs throughout this year
