Good to see the Council closing the road to traffic and to see people enjoying themselves. Video is a bit long. Some people make huge efforts, see illuminated penny fathing towards the end, whilst others spoil it for some by being prats. Lack of lights puzzling, traffic or not. Don't they illuminate the trams any longer?
