Pub Food Recommendation - The Chequers, Maresfield, E. Sussex

By chance had lunch there today - not a cycling lunch, a wife-and-mother lunch. But food was execellent, and worth travelling a few miles to try. Also had Theakstons Old Peculiar, Harveys Best and Jennings on tap - the first and last guest ales.
