My laptop needs are very basic, web browser a good text editor and an SSH console so I'm kind of out of the loop on what's good these days (I own several ancient Lenovo Thinkpads running Linux).
Mrs Pcolbeck has an ancient (well maybe seven years old) Asus laptop that's was a cheap P3 or something and falling to bits literally.
She likes a bit of messing with photos and doesn't have a decent tablet at the moment either.
So I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy Pro 360 in 15inch with an i7 and 16Gb RAM for a Christmas present for her.
Anyone have one or played with one? Is the screen OK for photo work (probably wont be batch editing or anything like that)?
Any experience with one, no chance of me being able to prod one locally.
