I've been trying to get to go into the hall when she wants to bark as we are in a semi and that will be away from our (admittedly deaf) neighbour.

She's now asleep next to me, her head on my leg. She was naughty on the walk, apparently, and wanted to bark at three young men. She is definitely "trying it on" now she's settling in. It's hard but I know we have to be really bloody stubborn to stay on top at the moment.

Oh, its fun taking flash photos of our dog in the dark, especially as she has a blue left eye, and a brown right eye. Cue much laughter on my part, and telling Mrs W, "Hey, did you know Surya's got navigation lights?" Red to port, and green to starboard, just like it should be.

Raking all of his guinea pig nuggets out of the bowl onto the floor.

It's my own fault. He's digging to try and find more of the stuff I foolishly tipped into his bowl earlier (the fragments from a guinea pig treat that had fallen off in the packet).

Flat out on the sofa after a big day with two other dogs, who are flat out on the floor, who are on sleep over - doggy PJ party

One was happy with ours, the other wasn't so keen, so the odd stand off happened. Lets see how they behave in the am, when we go walkies with all three.

Ginge, who is about thirteen (stray who moved in so we don't know exactly) has rediscovered the delights of chasing your tail. Did the whole works, including actually catching it, giving the end a good chew, followed by a wash.
He is now asleep on the new sheepskin rug, obviously tired out by all that fun.

Currently Barry and Isabella the adolescent cats are sporadically hooning around the house making their weird chirruping noises.

Earlier they were both in the sink in the downstairs loo. Even when Twinkle Toes the Teenager turned on the cold tap they didn't get out. Bonkers animals.
