When the conversation in the riding group turns to food then you are approaching Bonksville I have found. 

I get a clear mental picture of what I need to eat (usually this picture has me sat in the Friar Tuck, in Amesbury, with a full English. There's a Purple Giraffe sat in the corner, wearing sunglasses and writing something on a pad.  I don't think this has anything to do with Bonking though)

I bonked the other month. :-[ First time for ages.
Came over all sudden and wham! No power,no energy.Made it home over the last 15 miles but felt terrible.
Must eat more and often.Will not do again
