Tour de France at the Pub

[The Seldom Killer]

Owing to a combination of moving house, things not being where they should be and not wanting to fork out for another freeview box, I'm currently without the chance to watch the Tour, or even the highlights in the evening for the first week.

Can anyone advise of a pub in the Sheffield area that is likely to be showing highlights in the evening? Good sources of information earns you a pint if you happen to be there at the same time.

If you happen to be in a similar situation, feel free to post your own pleas.

I've asked at my local.  It took a while to get them to realise that I wasn't joking.

I think the answer was no.

Basil - the Coach & Horses is cyclist friendly and has a screen in the bar and has a selection of fine real ales and.... no, no, no, don't tempt me - it's bad enough that I'll be distracted from work as it is but at least I'll be within reach of work for lulls in the action. I'll have to check their ITV4 reception out just in case I'm tempted one afternoon though
