Title: RIP Danny Williams
Post by: fuzzy on 07 February, 2019, 10:16:31 am
A footballer of old who, amongst other things was manager of Swindon Town FC, when the lowly Div.3 minnows beat the mighty Div.1 Arsenal in the 1969 Football league Cup final at that Wembley.

For us long suffering Swindon fans, a true Legend and Gent.

I don't recall the name, but I well remember that match. Don Rogers was The Man I believe.
