Not wanting to be pedantic, but I believe you can have poor leadership by some and good management by others. Leaders set the policy, managers implement it.  A good leader will ensure good managers are present, but good managers can exist despite tosh at the top! How BC react to a crisis is a measure of leadership and we are witnessing that from the sidelines.

There is also a difference between WCP and BC membership and all the other things they do. (Conflict of interest - I am sitting here in BC supplied clothing after Commissairing a time trial this morning).
