I'm pleading shortage of usable arms as an excuse for not having a camera. Manoeuvring was enough. (I did sit down on the grass at one point and needed Slowcoach to help me back up as I was stuck) :facepalm:

Lovely day though and some of the brass/silver bands were brilliant. There's also something about the detail in the older banners. The younger ones tend to be more brash and colourful, but the detailing on the historical ones is absolutely amazing.

Ruthie - Have you had a chance to work out what that German badge you got from the band says? They seemed to be having a great time and it would be nice to know who they were :)
