Thanks all for the much-appreciated sympathy.

Can I take back my rant against Rixen & Kaul but double down on the one against myself? Turns out I looked everywhere on the ride back into the office, and around the bits of the office it could have been, and on the ride back home, everywhere except inside my locker. What a total divot.

The mere expedient of a phone call or text would have saved BA the additional $157 I'll be submitting a claim for (well, I could return them when I'm back in Philly at the weekend, but I can't be arsed, and I wore the pants, and they didn't lie, they're very soft).
