I was in my
friend's shop today. and mentioned that I was heading to Castlebay on Monday. Through his business Al does various drop offs and collections of hire bikes/tourists. He mentioned that he has a network with Bernera Bikes and Barra Bikes and offers a call-out service (charged for obviously) for repairs or transport across the Isles for 'cyclists in distress'.
So if anyone is touring this way - keep a note of Bespokes's phone number in case the worse should happen.
