The motorcycle industry:

We don't have enough carbon neutral power for our existing loads and these cunts want to use some of what we have to power 1) hydrogen production (a technology struggling to scale) and 2) carbon extraction (a technology still in development) to combine these to make e-fuel (using more power).  All that so that motorbikes don't have to go through reduced range (like cars have), poorer handling (like cars have) and poor performance.  Because 2.2 seconds to 60 and 180 miles of range obviously isn't enough.

Fuck off and die (wrapped round a tree in all likelihood) the lot of you.

Just like the hydrogen lobby the green fuel lobby is desperate to get in there.  The fact that green fuel uses even more electricity to produce it (5 times iirc) than just powering the car with one fifth of the juice for the same journey is completely lost on them.

The 'New Conservatives'

At least they've shown they have a sense of irony with that name.

Not to be confused with the National Conservatives who, while not an oxymoron, can still be legitimately abbreviated to “Nat-Cs”.  They certainly did Nazi that coming.

That list of “25” New Conservatives in full:

  • Gareth Bacon
  • Duncan Baker
  • Jack Brereton
  • Paul Bristow
  • Miriam Cates
  • Brendan Clarke-Smith
  • James Daly
  • Anna Firth
  • Nick Fletcher
  • Chris Green
  • James Grundy
  • Jonathan Gullis
  • Eddie Hughes
  • Tom Hunt
  • Mark Jenkinson
  • Danny Kruger
  • Andrew Lewer
  • Marco Longhi
  • Robin Millar
  • Lia Nici

The eagle-eyed will observe that the list does not, in fact, contain 25 names.  Thereby proving that their arithmetic is as half-baked as their “ideas”.

Lee Anderthal is said to “agree with” their position but can’t get officially involved “because of his Party position”.  Also, I have this very nice bridge for sale.

A welcome* return to the S-T ranks for alleged MP and no-alleged-about-it thicko Andrea Jenkyns, who asks:

Children suffered enough with their education during lockdown, teachers should put children first and not strike. Why dont [sic] they strike during summer holidays when kids wont [sic] have to miss lessons!

Philomena Cunk would be proud of that one.

Tony Blair.  For his suggestion that more private Co.s in the NHS would be a good thing. Not only a twat, but a fucking idiot into the bargain.  Sciencus refers.

Blair shat all over the history of Labour and set the party on track for it's centrist positioning.  He didn't need to start the butchering of the NHS in the process though.  Bastard
