More specific 'Pearled Spelt'
I have looked all over the supermarket to find some but its not there. Well not that I can see
I have a recipe that needs spelt so what can I use instead of
Bon appetite

I'm a huge fan and its very popular in northern Italy. Trying looking for "Farro" the Italian word for the same thing. Italian supermarkets should have it in stock

Thanks Julesh, in the end I did a rissoto dish which worked out well.
I will have a look for the Farro next time I am in the town.
