Puppetmasters Royale De Luxe brought their creations to the streets of Liverpool again. I donned a shady hat, grabbed a camera & braved the crowds & heat.

This is a 3 day event. I don't think I've ever seen the city so crowded. Trains & buses in & out of the city have been at max capacity.

Temperatures were in the high 20's/low 30's. A velvet coat is just what you want when wrangling heavy puppets. The Lilliputians are heroes.
