I decided to revisit my PBP footage last week and try to make something more from it. A third of the ride is missing due to a smear/muck on the camera (essentially day one), I have managed to piece it altogether into a longer version of my original August vlog edit.
For the ride I attached my GoPro action camera on to the handlebars for virtually the entire ride so didn't take any footage at the various stops and control points along the way which in one way is a shame; on the other I was determined to finish in the allotted time.
I will cherish my memories of PBP and who knows maybe I will go again in 2023... in the meantime there is LEL to train for and I have everything crossed for Transcontinental in 2020.
