Very well-dressed and smart cyclists. The lady with the high blouse and straw hat, how dashing. All the men with hats. I suppose a gentleman would raise his hat to a lady coming the other way.

Some London men still wear hats. 

Just haven't worked up the nerve to wear my bowler to work.
