Does the panel think that the wood stacked in this fashion for a couple of years will
(a) Season nicely
(b) Rot away ?
There will probably be another 2 loads coming, of similar size. The wood is standing on pallets, so isn't in contact with the ground, and air can circulate around the end grains - though it is a fairly sheltered, north facing corner.
Does it need a tarp - or will that just encourage rot?

Looks good.
If it's for burning, I'd cut it into smaller logs - it will season faster.
That load is about as much as I can get on my big trailer.
