Birding stroll

I am thinking of paying another visit to the Barnes wetland centre in London, which is not a bad reserve. There is excellent bike parking there, and it's easy to reach. No date yet; any takers?

I love it there. I spent many hours pushing a tiny Minimac around the lovely ponds while he slept. My membership has just expired but I'm thinking of renewing.

If there's a weekend gathering I'd love to take Minimac along and come and scare away all the interesting birds for you.

I think our membership is current.  I hope we can do it sometime when Superstoker is around, cause he used to love Martin Mere.

Yes please, Tony. I'm keen on this. I've never been there but have always had an intention of so doing.

Is a birding stroll anything like a dogging wander..?

am tentatively looking at weekend of 30th May. Binoculars can be hired on site; I have a couple/three pairs I can lend out. Not the best time for migrants, but nesting should be underway and there is a collection of more exotics......plus a cafe
