Ooh.  That's worth watching out for.  Though I still think Our Tony was funnier on the back page of the comic, Hutch has a good way with a tale.

Will his book actually make me faster though, or will it just make me laugh at my own slowness?  ;D

It will make you laugh, but not sure about making you faster.
Hutch concentrates on the "marginal gains" philosophy of BC and how it needs singleminded dedication to achieve the improvement you may be seeking.
He also gives a small insight into why he didn't get to join Wiggo, Cav etc at the top table when he could have been a contender.
Other than that it's a good read and parts may inspire or impress you but no silver bullets.
