Etrex ....What's Wrong ?

Noticed over the last few days that my Etrex is flashing up approaching turn warnings when coming to junctions as if i'm following a track. I've cleared all routes and tracks from the unit and just had it on today on my commute when approaching a couple of turns, the message pops up approaching turn 1 etc ? I've just got the standard Legend with OSM installed on a memory card in the unit.

Have you tried selecting "Stop Navigation" from the menu on the map screen?

I've never tried, but it seems conceivable that it could continue to navigate a track that was deleted from the track memory...

That's what it'll be.  Press the button half way down the left side of the unit and select stop navigation.
