My usual weekday breakfast is a boiled egg, rye toast with Marmite soldiers, and some coconut water.

Two soft boiled eggs, Marmite soldiers made from plastic white bread, fresh coffee.

8 o'clock breakfast today was rice and dal.

9 o'clock breakfast was a chocolate brownie with walnuts!

Porridge this morning, with muscovado sugar. Mrs. Wow had honey on hers.

I tried those waffles you put in toaster.  Most disappointing.  The coffee's good though.
