Indian takeaway.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

"All you can eat" at local Chinese buffet.  It is my intention to prove their title incorrect (ala Homer at the sea food resturant: "Does this look like a man who ate all that he could eat?").

Huge bowl of fruit salad (fresh) and a reasonable pouring of half-fat cream.  (yum)

Me = Well proud

I made some Soujok & Batata Hara

Or in English, Lebonese style spicy sauages chopped up and pan grilled with plum tomatos and peppers, along with some potato cubes in lemon sauce with chopped parsley and fresh mint. T'was delish, even if I do say so myself!

Again, we don't have supper at home... (we don't eat that late; only at 20:00).

For dinner I had... pasta after the TT!

I made my own pasatta sauce the other day.  It was much nicer than the stuff you buy from the shop.  I had it with wholemeal pasta, that I had made and put the in the freezer a few days earlier, and some vegetables.

Simple, but nice.

Beer for me too.
I might wash it down with some food.
We have a cycling weekend in Derbyshire. Some of the group are camping (in the back garden of a pub- class) but we're in a B&B down the road.

Note to self- do not appear smug if it has rained overnight.

Pasta with bacon, onion, tomato, courgette, peppers <edit> mushrooms, </edit> and cheese followed by Rachel's raspberry organic yoghurt with blackberries freshly picked from the garden.   Then the pub ...

Actually, my turn to cook. Bye  ;D

We've already eaten as we dine early these days (me, Mr F and M, 16 months).  We had pasta with broccoli, garlic, tuna, anchovies and lemon.  We eat this quite a lot, almost every time we have broccoli (or purple sprouting) in our veg box.

Mr F and I will have some wine and chocolate later - delayed dessert!

I am making chicken curry from a recipe I haven't used before. It is bubbling away on the stove and it smells great.

So far, of the other dinners currently being prepared or digested, I would like Cometworm's or Jezza's best*. Nice lump of meat in delicious sauce. MMMMmmmmm.

*Other than the "it's Friday so pure beer" dinner, of course, or "pure wine" in my case, which hasn't been on the menu for a long time. Bah.
