Two from The Doors -

Light my Fire - for the drum-up (ok, more for clubruns than for audax),

The End - for when it all gets too much, you're miles from home, all you want to do is curl up and die by the side of the road.  The End, my only friend indeed !     (nb. some of the other lyrics here best glossed over for this thread !)

And how about an audax poem -

I remember a Robert Frost piece from school with the line 'and miles to go before I sleep'.  (Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening).

Ok, not Strictly Audax (hey BBC, there's an idea for you), but Damon's choice of "Let's Go Round Again" for background to his video of the Mersey Roads 24hr was truly inspired.
