Dangermouse remade

Crikey, Penfold!

I shall ask my younger son to watch this. He was hooked when about 4 years old, and was normally to be found in Dangermous mode. His younger sister, whether she liked it or not, was Penfold.

I wonder how Richard Osman will fit into the role?

Kevin Eldon's the new Penfold. Osman's playing a scientist.

Penfold said 'Oh crumbs'. DM used to go in for 'Good grief'. :)

On googling to check my memory of what my children used to say to each other, I see that there is a mug for sale on Amazon bearing the legend "Crikey, Penfold!" It was such a large part of my younger son's post-toddlership that I felt sure that even I could not have forgotten.
