Mobile phone question
« on: 07 May, 2008, 04:13:02 pm »
I don't do mobile phones. I normally regard them as the work of the devil but later on this year I'm going to need one which works in Greece.

What's the cheapest way of doing this? I don't want a camera or a long term contract and I'm not interested in texting anyone - I will probably only have to make a few calls on it but they will be important ones and I can't guarantee to be anywhere close to a landline. It won't be required to work in the uk as I already have a basic british nokia

When you get to Greece, buy a local PAYG SIM card for your Nokia

Or just get the SIM you have authorised for use in Greece - probably cheaper if it is only  a few short calls.
