Yes you read it right, Yorkshire next year world championship!

One of the best things about moving to the NORTH.

In five years we had Tour de France, Tour of Yorkshire (a spring classic already), Tour of Britain and now the world championship oh and a local street race all a few steps from my front door. 

Total awesomesauce didn't expect that when moving here.

They've done a nice video which features Mandy Jones, who won in 1982 when the worlds were last in the UK at Goodwood. That was the period when successful UK riders were generally on the dole.

Just checked.... I can have the week off so I will see you there!    I expect hotel costs will be excessive so I might camp instead. 

While its great to have these in the UK, I think I would really like to go to Flanders in 2021 given their cycling history.

 I wonder whether there will be any Forum group rides etc around Harrogate?

I think it's more than a Strong Rumour that they're getting the Giro as well soon! (or was it La Vuelta? Don't think so, but maybe ... )
