Audax Spoke Cards.
« on: 08 October, 2008, 07:23:00 pm »
I was thinking back to an ill prepared competitor on the 24 who had crap lights and spoke cards, so I looked them up and then got round to thinking of appropriate images for Audax Spoke Cards. Spoke card - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

OK, someone must have access to a laminator.

I tried to introduce this type of bag tag's! Think it's a sweet way of handing out bragging rights and financing rides in the Audax section of my club:

They're quite cool, but exclude anyone without saddlebag loops.

Yeah, isn't it great! Carradice and Brooks offered separately!  ;D
But seriously, most have a strap somewhere.

You don't need a laminator. Staples sell self-adhesive pouches that are just the right size.

Irritatingly I can't find them on the Staples website, but they are own-brand (in a green packet). In the Luton branch they were with the namebadge holders, rather than with the laminator supplies...

I did some for Peli's Pendle Witches Ride the other weekend. They looked OK, but I could have done with a higher-res, paler version of the yacf logo for the background.

Those bag tags rock.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.
