Chain's a bit....

It was put on before he was pushed around the dead-end turning on our road a couple of times.

I've got to do a couple of tweaks (re-attaching the chain guide tube, repairing & improving seat padding, adjust brakes etc) before he can ride it. Hopefully I'll get a round tuit by the time he can reach the pedals.
