Title: Can gmail email request a read receipt

Trying to get a read receipt from gmail.  Searching shows that in the bottom right hand corner that clicking the 3 dots and more options where the read receipt should be there.

What am I doing wrong?

It's only available for gsuite, not gmail.com

Oh g suite is now google workspace and not free.
