Title: Heads Up: Tour de Langkawi

Channel 4 is showing an hour of highlights of each stage of the Tour de Langkawi at 04:55 every morning, it seems. I use Tivo to record so not exactly sure of times...

Nice scenery, several Malaysian interludes, several Malaysian pretty presenters trying to promote the country's attractions and, of course, some cycling.....
