It has been so long since I last rode without a mudguard, that I had entirely forgotten the misery it can create.
My new Schwalbe SuperMoto 26x2.35 tyres are too big to allow my bodged (and very smart looking) raceblade I was using with the more regular sized Conti Sport Contact 26x1.3 tyres
I shall have to buy one of those clip on rear guards now.
