The What is that bloody song? thread

Here's mine for today:

It may be called
"Fitness Man" & it may be by
"Chris Lee"

... but both facts were half-heard on 6Music (Marc Riley show?).

It's a comedic affair, very much in "They Might be Giants" style.

Lyrics include stuff about  him running 10km at 6am.

Anyone???
