I do, however, want to be up to go do a 50km Surrey Hills loop the next morning (including the 50km round trip there/back) so I will have to try and not get as bladdered as last time. I do remember who I owe beers though!

I will be wearing my Galibier jersey - earned after cycling up the 'monster' last Friday. On sunday 200 BRA audax cyclists had to be rescued from the snow and ice.

I rode the Galibier twice on the Serre Chevalier Sportif on 10 Jul.  I distictly recall (diary note) that Sunday as a 'Fester in Campsite' day i.e., it was raining all day - yes, pretty miserable at high altitude!!
