Seeds ordered
« on: 29 January, 2011, 09:43:25 pm »
Just spent a happy half hour or so ordering £50 worth of seeds.

 :D

Veg and lots of flowers this year.  I'll work out where they're going to go when I see what actually makes it past the seedling stage and into the great outdoors.

We went to a seed swap last weekend.  We've been fairly restrained on how many varieties we've got for the allotment.

But I shall go a bit madder in the garden....  ;D

Seeds from Chiltern seeds arrived. Selection of vegetables (heritage types) and flowers. Now need it to warm up so I can sow, I'm itching to get out.

I got the first lot sowed on Monday evening (I have two heated propagators next to the window in the garage).
The dahlias have already sprouted so have been moved to the greenhouse!  :D

I think I now have most things; onions setts bought today. Only asparagus crowns to come.

Am nearly up to speed with digging and bed-prep; I reckon three man-days of digging left to go.
