It's sunny and warm and I get a hot dinner tonight ( Don't like cooking) and I get to bake (love to bake, though). And I only have to lounge around on that red ottoman and do absolutely nothing. Win all around :D

Hurrah for TLD and co-performers.  Always nice when participating is already nice and it's a bit of a nice surprise to win too!

I have obtained some spy shots of this 'secret project'.  Don't ask me what I had to do to get them.

During this mornings ride I crossed paths with my next door neighbour who told me that he was returning from a ride organised by the bike shop in Uttoxeter.
It appears that this is a recent innovation.
Meet at the shop 0900 for tea & toast.Riding starts at 0930 & back approx 1230 to 1300hrs.
More t&t if desired at the finish
1 route: two groups (fast & notsofast) with the difference manifesting itself in the duration of the cake stop.

I'm going to give this a try

Rode 10ish km on m'bike.  Swam 40 odd lengths.  Did an aqua class.  Elbow still seems to work.  S'all good.

That's impressive.

I used to swim a mile at least 3 times a week - pretty slowly, by many people's standards, but I got a lot quicker the more I did it.  And occasionally I'd manage enough time to swim 2 miles.  That would be back in the days when I was (still) fat but fit :)  I find it extraordinarily good for the head.  Very zen...

Sort of like: 25m, 37m, 17m, an inch and a half.....

My big sis, who is also my cleaner (how middle bloody class am I!) can swap days.  So I can ignore the mess tonight and bake instead and she'll sort it out tomorrow.  Hurray for GAWI!

Going off at a tangent, the frame for the secret project has been dispatched, so should be with me tomorrow (when I am out on a ride with the PBs :( ) or Thursday.

At least its not on Friday, which would make things a little difficult.
