Fresh and frozen fruit: washed or not

You are, but even the bagged "washed and ready to eat" stuff is suspect to me, as that's what we were preparing in some cases.

What's the score with soft fruit? Also washed in diluted poo?

I'm a bit partial to frozen fruit, blueberries etc., on my porridge. Which I do not wash beforehand... Same poo, just frozen?

Isn't frozen fruit mostly blanched in boiling water before freezing?

I'm not sure. This is non-reassuring:

In Australia, imported frozen berries have also been linked to an outbreak of Hepatitis A which caused more than 30 people to become ill during February and March this year.

The FSAI has again advised people in Ireland to boil all frozen berries that have been imported for at least one minute before consumption. This advice was first issued in Ireland in 2013 after an investigation found cases of Hepatitis A were linked to frozen berries. Since then, over 1,000 cases have been reported in 12 EU countries.

Maybe frozen fruit should be cooked?

I will zap in microwave until they bubble.
I usually do, anyway.
