Bikeroutetoaster not downloading routes ??

Anyone else had problems, please?

The site will create courses, but when you try to download them you get 'error 404 - file not found'.

The first time it happened was before Christmas, but it was working again the following day.

The next time it happened it still wasn't working the following day, so I reported it to them on their feedback / bug reporting email address.

I had no reply.

In the new year the two routes I created for last weekend I never got to download, and I had to memorise the routes, which was not ideal.... 

I have emailed them again tonight, but felt I should let you folks know, in case you are working on courses right now....

Same experience for me, with the added annoyance of an erratic Save - anyone see this as well?

I am finding uploads don't work properly, same error.

Have switched to Bikely for more complex routes.

Yes its fooked. I have exactly the same problem. I have amailed tham but no reply either. sounds like somewhere they have lost the lonk to the bit of code that runs the save part.


Any idea where they save the routes now? It seem to save what you've done somewhere.

I'm having the same problem.  Hasn't worked since New Year.  Sent them mail and no reply.  Bad news!  I hope they fix it soon otherwise they're out of business

I saved, uploaded, downloaded things all within the last week.

Even with a few quirks, I still think it is the best gps plotting site.
