That's not small. I know how hard it is to get money for charities, so well done!

My kitchen spork just snapped in two while I was washing it up. This is GN because I don't like sporks – hence it being demoted from spork duty to fishing out tea bags – and now I can get rid of it.

As of today, my Dear Wife and I have negotiated, mostly amicably, 46 years of being married to one another. We are celebrating with a curry, to be delivered soon.

Whatever it's made of, it's still a spork.

We came home from holiday to half a kitchen (working sink, washer and hob) already which was a lot more than I was expecting...
And therefore Pingu was happy to make a piña colada  :smug:

Yesterday was Wednesday not, as I thought, Thursday.  Which means that following my negative test this morning, I will be attending the theatre tomorrow.
Assuming another -ve test in the morning.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

We've cast off the plague and the plumber came back today with the sparky so new! Improved!  Kitchen! Is now finished.
Hurrah!

(Apart from me needing to paint and get flooring.
Honestly, what sort of git decides to paint the ceiling magnolia? I hate painting ceilings).

I can finally watch Eurosport Player on my TV.  Last year I could not do this because ARM processors were not supported. I assume it was done because a lot of people with new Apple computers complained. Up until now I ran it on my PC which connects to my TV. A waste of electricity.

Apparently it is still on the train.

Currently it is cold and wet.

Really enjoying it here, much more laid back than in the UK and the coffeeannacaek culture is bloody marvellous.

Have spent many hours commenting on Mrs Pingu posts on social media.

Mainly demanding statistical data.  Looking at the data, low number of ice cream per/km, low desserts/cake per/KM while the beer l/km were surprisingly less than many a frugal vehicle ;)

Defo less beer/km than previous years. Not sure if that's a comment on how many places we used to go that are closed now or we're getting old and past it. Or both.
