I've tried the usual forums for some specific help, but no joy.
I'm running Bugzilla and have been happily exporting XML for importing in Excel for reporting.
I've added some custom fields and now when I import into Excel I get one row per field not one row per bug.
The old Excel sheet still works against the new XML export.
I am completely lost, is it an Excel issue? A problem with the newly generated XML?
I'm desperate for an answer to say the least.
If anyone knows of a free XML report writer that would be helpful too!
