No local involvement at all. They're just descending on Exeter (as on other cities) and running it. Still good though. Exeter Wheelers' oldest member recalls regular city centre events in the old days.

Thanks for the reminder Andy. It seems we are blessed with races in both Southport and Blackpool. With a bit of jiggery pokery we should be able to make at least one of them.
