Yes, EER were looking at the Oddie to finish our reprise of T2 in October.  The week after we can all meet outdoors again - Cross Keys at HP ?

Happy to do Chelmo again this Wednesday.

However, the Angel and Harp in Dunmow has loads of room - booking needed for the marquee and patio (with heaters), take pot luck with the rest of the beer garden ... The weather forecast is reasonable, with temps in double figures (just) until midnight.

I can't see me making Dunmow or Colchester but Chelmsford would be OK.

Yep - though not sure what facilities they have available... if it's not wet tomorrow I might check it out on the way home....

Turn up and check in. Not table service you have to go to a separate table and sit and wait to pay (see man under umbrella sitting). Bar person had mask exempt badge, no visor. Didn't seem to need a mask to move around.. though it is on the side of the road...

Personally I think I prefer the OT but happy to try this out. (we'd need to book the OT)

I really don't mind, happy to go with the OT if that's the consensus.

We probably need a list anyhow:

1. Tomsk
2. Not Nick's Nick
3. OD
4. Joergen
5.
6.

If the consensus is OT then I'll drop Trish a line to book a table...

Joergen

So many Nicks and not one of them a copper! :D

OT is ok by me if it's the preferred option.

I've just checked the Oddie's FB page and it looks like they shut at 8pm tomorrow 😱

Have The Easterners any pub requests? Old New Inn Maybe?
