Drove down to Carmarthen Station this evening.  Met the train from Manchester, leapt on and woke up a sleeping Mrs B who had been travelling for almost 48 hours solid from Christchurch NZ, gave her a snack and a large whisky and dry, and poured her into bed.

The dog is still unaware. She slept in her bed and never noticed.  She's been sulking for the whole four weeks and blaming me for Mrs B's absence  ???
Tomorrow morning will be fun.  :D

Boiler serviced and repaired today.
It was sort of working, but only just.  Radiators not getting properly hot, shower only working sometimes.
Anyway it's now 'Bali in the bathroom' 1 etc.

Got up at bladder o'clock.  Absent mindedly pressed the flush.  IT FLUSHED!
I beat the queueue for the shower, but in consequence looks like I'll have to wait before I can get to the washing machine.  DiL is bad enough at hogging that even in normal times.
We'll be using our stock of bottled water for drinking for today. Just in case.

The Tate brothers are getting another month of Romanian penal hospitality.  Would be funny if one of the "hyper-masculine" cockwombles went prison gay while he was in there.

Some of Tate's recent Tweets are clearly designed to aid and abet him in copping an insanity plea.  I do not think this will work.

In 2016, Mr Tate, a former kickboxer, was removed from British TV show Big Brother over a video which appeared to show him attacking a woman.

Ah, I vaguely remember hearing about that.  Now I know where he came from.
